Many have had enough of the virtue signalling ‘green’ energy gang. The truth is wind turbines are devastating to wild life & I dread to think what the carbon footprint is to build them but it’s China’s footprint so it’s ok!?. The same goes for electric car batteries. I’m really envious of Americans right now & I’ve given serious consideration to getting a green card.
Not to knock KTF but I did find it amusing someone with such a miniscule holding in the first place feels the need to tell us all he won't be buying back in.
I wonder what the percentage chance was for 4 back to back dusters. That's the game though & no one can be blamed for that rotten luck but this is a smart period to be accumulating shares in my opinion.
It wouldn't sense to do a buy back especially when there are debts to be repaid first which should always take priority. I too am a little concerned they seem so keen to spend it. I'd much rather take some time, renegotiate the bonds for more favourable terms & only make an acquisition if it's low risk. Staffing costs will be lower now as well without the office in Morocco.
At any point along the way Managem could make an offer for Sound's percentage holding in the asset. Once they have their feet under the table & production is in full flow I see this as a real possibility. I just hope SBK and M5 maximize the value.
Some interesting snippets in that. SBK 1 first which is pleasing. Share price should be 4p on fundamentals which I think it soon will be & we'll all be ruing the day we didn't buy in at sub 1p.
Transaction completed, cash in the bank, LNG revenue soon, drill bit soon to be turning the ground, low cash burn, no leaks. I could go on but no one can argue that now is not a great entry point at 1p.

I really hope they are smart with the funds and don't go splashing the cash on zombie AIM companies. The convertible bond death spiral obliterated the share price. No need for anything like that again now.
