StMary I don't understand your logic? There's no dilution in the consolidation today just a simple 10-1 but it does open the door for it in the future. However given the market cap is so low it shouldn't be looked at as a viable option to raise funds.
It's in the last RNS that it will be bridging financing not dilution via a placing. I'd expect given how close revenue is the terms should be favourable but we will see.
From RNS - "Construction of the micro-LNG plant continues at site, with revenue generating LNG sales forecast by the contractor, ITF, to commence late Q1 or Q2 2026."

StMary you've got it the wrong way around. It went from 1p to 10p January 2013. Rather depressingly we are approaching the same amount of shares as before the consolidation with was 2.87 billion (now 2.08b).
I didn't hear him mention about the LNG plant so I went back & listened again. He did indeed say first gas at the end of this year. I agree it may not move the needle much but it is a long awaited feat. Let's get it flowing so we can get the drill program under way.

Afriquia Gaz & Morocco want the gas so crazy to suggest Mana would delay it on purpose to prolong the tax break holiday. I see it the other way, once the clock starts ticking everyone will be pushing as hard as possible to bring phase 2 online. They've had plenty of time to get FID prepared.

"Don’t forget what the CEO did to i3 shareholders…..he diluted them to oblivion."
I'm sorry Eric but this is false. The share price was 10.5p when he joined & 10.4p when the company was sold but included 1 Gran Tierra for every 270 i3 shares (currently worth $4 each) & over this time 2p was paid out as dividends.
Granted I would be expecting a much better outcome here but the fact is no body who was a shareholder when he took over i3 lost money from dilution.
