The statement of getting it done before the elections has been around for some time and has been spun in many a new article, it was said some time ago.

It is not stopping TL from just getting on and doing things, whilst they wait. I don't know about Oz politics, but there may be an approval block with it being so close to the elections in any case, to stop anything being rushed through by a possible outgoing government.

We are still on for Q2. If/when that changes, he would have to RNA.

Environmental study was completed so the next logical step was to submit the samples with the application. Which the company didn’t feel material enough to notify because an RNA had just been released saying it was taking place.

That was it. If you have questions about the feasibility study you should ask him, but I’m not sure what he can share. Main thing is you, yourself has asked and not reliant on anyone else.

You too have the ability to ask the question to AB and would have received the answer.

If the company doesn’t think it’s price sensitive even if a shareholder does, they are not going to waste an RNS on it. Only one person asked the question and got a response on it. Everyone else has just assumed as the survey completed it was submitted which was what the company has said happened logically.

It was responded to in an email today Filthy that it was never intended to be communicated as samples were collected and provided to the authorities with the submission.

In a way that’s logical so why would it be communicated when you’ve just said you are starting the study.

The man gets shot at for no comms, then gets shot at for regurgitation. You can't just make things up to appease people. If things are in order at this time, then that's where they are.

Granted, funding has not been announced but there must be a reason for that, such as drill sharing dates not being known yet and when it is known then funding would be agreed possibly, and an announcement would have to be made.

To be fair filthy, Q2 is still happening until an RNA that says it’s not. I’m not saying that can’t/wont happen. Just saying it’s on until it’s not.

I am edge no my bets on a collaboration MB before it takes the trip. It’s too coincidental in my view for something not to take place between them. AB has history with Jadestone too when they were Mitra Energy.

The slide showing the Valaris 247 being the rig in discussion for our drill and Andy being adamant that the drill will take place in Q2 in mind.

The Valaris 247 left Darwin on Friday for Jadestones Skua-11ST for a 60-day program. I tracked it over the weekend and JSE confirmed it with RNS this morning as being on site and you have highlighted that below with their FB post. With that being a side-track drill, it could/should be a quicker drill.

Chuditch-1 took 25 days to drill.

It was marked on the slide mentioned above that it was operationally advantageous to share costs between operators.

This could be due to the minimum commit to the rig. If that is 60 days and JSE/SNDA only have 2 short drills then the sharing of the platform being on each other’s doorsteps at the same time, makes total sense.

The drill could come first, be proven, followed by a larger funding package for the remaining drill activity.

The final part, I found out on Friday through my subscription to the rig tracking app, is that the Valaris 247 has updated its schedule, and it is now marked as heading back to Mauritius for May 24th
