The planning has already been taking place, so that will be of a small concern. But yes, the sooner the rig is locked in, the sooner everyone else can be put to bed on the subject.

You should expect a raise but it will be at a higher price than here once the project has been funded and possibly started/proven so less shares are released at the PLC for more equity thus less dilution as the CEO would want to achieve as a major shareholder.

Shouldn’t be shy of talking about raises if spoken about sensibly and not to try and cause FUD.

It’s a massive positive no doubt. No matter what comes out the island or the company. Unless it’s Funding/Rig booked then we will stay in the rut which is fine for the 5% team (used to be 10-15%) we are getting closer but I honestly don’t think anything is going to make us move until the obvious two points are locked in, then it’s boom time 💪🏻

I still remain optimistic and this weeks news was a very welcomed surprise given it’s a big tick in the box for our route to market. Here is the pragmatic but…..

The market still can’t value us yet until the finance deal has been bottomed out and it’s known what that looks like. Was it a deal based on % now and that’s changed because there’s a route to market and the % would need to change Etc.

I feel that’s what the market is waiting to see. What will Sunda’s % be after the deal then you know the value in the market. We all know it’s way more than here so that’s a positive, but where?

That’s why I feel there’s been a hesitant start in my opinion, nothing more than that.

AB would not bother with setting up an LOI if funding was not near, nor likely he would gain this in principle position without some evidence to support.

Its not binding legally , but in reality it is making sure the drill is identified and logistics planned - to me this ring fences a particular drill and ensures its not reassigned for a period to another job.

AB must have given the drill contractor some confidence to gain the LOI, which gives me confidence.

563-There’s a difference between confidence and planning. The use of the valaris247 in between drills for use by Sunda has been on the cards probably for longer than you have been invested!
