A takeover usually requires time and assuming the ‘interested parties’ are serious they’ll want to prepare solid bids.

I bought in this morning but I was very much of the view that an offer may take a few weeks or perhaps a little longer to put together?
The SP has certainly been managed today but I think plenty of day traders have sold after buying in yesterday or today. So I very much think we'll see another blue day tomorrow?

But I think we’ve found our level at 12-13p
Some people will day trade this remember.

But are we CERTAIN that one of the ‘interested parties’ will table a bid?

Rob’s post regarding buying in at 13p sums this situation up very nicely.
If you’re buying in at the current level any offer north of here - 14/15/16p - gives a profit.
But an offer of 20p gives many of us the big bucks.
So I don’t think we’ll see investors buying North of 13p today - it’s just too risky.
And unless we get another big RNS we’ll stick between 12 and 13 with investors/traders coming and going

Investing here at the current level seems like a no brainer tbh.
20p plus seems completely achievable
So why so much selling?
Does the reputation of the Chinese precede them . . . ?

Looking at the charts I too have sympathy for LTH’s
But lots of big buys above ask going through today
For my money this has been held down on purpose by the mm’s and it’s due a bounce
Ive taken a punt at 16p
Let’s see how the week pans out . .

There’s a gap in the charts between 1.6 and 2
Looks as though the mm’s are sitting us in this range until the 1 million share seller is out of the way

From a SP in August of 220p this has been sold down horribly TBH
And I do have sympathy with LTH despite the consistent divis
So I think a bounce is well overdue
100-110 isn't an unrealistic target short term

By the time we get to this issuing of the new shares at 0.45p bond holders will be getting a discount on the price.
Whoever bought 12 million at the close of play knows this for sure
0.6p will come as soon as the MM’s want it to

Possibility of an RNS Friday

I’ll not pretend I know the inns and outs of this company but just by going off the charts this looks like a no brainer. Ipo’d at almost £40 and then we’ve been on a downward trajectory since early 2021 from around the 2 quid mark.
The markets are full of bargains at present given economic conditions
You only have to look at MADE and MMAG to see that.
Eventually the selling will stop here
