The price is certainly approaching pump and dump territory i think - but i very much see this as a punt as apposed to an investment. I'm sorry for those who are sitting on or have crystallised big losses.
Lets see how it plays out . . .

Bought in here at just over 3p as it looks like a good recovery play
But I wanted to express my sympathy for anyone who bought here within the last year
The chart looks absolutely horrible from the point of the IPO with barely any levels of support. How did it IPO at £2 and end up at 3p??
Is the bottom 2.5p?

Mining permit is in hand according to JC and assuming all goes to plan thorny river will be mined 2023
He didn’t indicate how long permitting will take but 6-9 months i suspect

Yes I’m very much here for Thorny River. Infact it’s the reason I originally invested and stayed all these years.
If I’m wrong and this turns into a duffer I’ll likely throw the towel in!!
Bod isn’t my biggest holding but it’s my longest ISA hold by a mile

Yep I've kept an eye on Ghana developments. But the company has failed to produce anything for so long I doubt it'll take advantage. And the interims are now hinting that it may be unable to continue as a going concern.
I wouldn't be surprised if they folded this completely.
An RTO is the best we can hope for IMO

Simply awful.
This 'company' has never produced anything. And is never likely to.
You may as well flush your cash down the toilet if you're thinking of investing here.

Thorny River is getting mined next year and the mining permit application is already in the pipeline
Aside from that I’m not sure if we’ll hear anything further this side of Xmas.
Unless they pull something out with KX36 / ghaghoo

The latest update has very much emphasised the huge obstacles this very good company is now facing.
The only thing that will stop the carnage that is occurring here is an end to the war.
Squabbling, arguing or trying to predict the future is a fools game.
Sentiment only changes here when a ceasefire is called.
If you've sold at a loss then you have my sympathy. I'm lucky enough to leave my money here for as long as it takes.
But how low can the SP realistically go?

It’s really important to remember that the current SP isn’t a reflection on how well the company is ran.
It’s a reflection of how difficult the market conditions are for the board.
And market conditions = Ukraine war.

If you’re investing here it’s simply a matter of risk and patience. The current price reflects risk.

So Putins latest military masterclass hasn’t effected the SP in the slightest.
Basecamp does very much seem to be 220-230p.
And then we come to tomorrows update.
If I’m honest I can’t see it holding any surprises unless the de-merger really is going to be considered. Debt may have increased but hopefully inventories are beginning to pay this down.
Although it may seem it I’m not pessimistic in the slightest about POLY’s long term value.
But the war will continue to hang heavy imo
