Yes JPW makes an excellent point.
And having spoken to James Campbell, recently, regarding whether we are vulnerable or not to take over, he stated that there was nothing ‘corporate activity wise’, which would suggest someone is looking at us as a takeover target.
I didn’t attend the meeting, but I think the general gist is that won’t be doing much until time and prices recover.
Mining up at Mars has ceased given the 50% reduction we’ve seen in price of the diamond category we’ve been recovering.
Today’s announcement is certainly good news, but I’m not getting excited given where the share price currently is
Yes, we are all very much feel your frustration rich. The diamond market isn’t great at the moment and that’s very much contributed to the current situation. But the amount of work James has had to put in to acquire the permits for thorny river seems absolutely ridiculous. Personally I’m not invested in a company. I’m invested in James Campbell. He is very hard working on a fantastic CEO. Only time will tell as to whether we’ve made the right judgement here.
But around things off, I would say that is a fantastic buy for 4 million shares this afternoon :-)
I can’t say that I’m happy about the placing at such a low value
We knew that it was coming, but we hoped that it would come after some good news.

Just to re-iterate what JPW has said
We do all feel frustrated on the lack of communication.
There is a lot happening in the background and JC is working very hard.
We should get an RNS before Xmas regarding Botswana and thorny river. There is progress being made on both fronts but JC doesn’t reveal much
Unfortunately we have to stay patient . . .
Whether you see the current situation as positive or negative, it is hard to get away from the fact that the company now has over 4 billion shares in issue.
I suspect many investors have no choice but to hold, or sell at a significant loss.

I think your questions and concerns can only be addressed and answered by one person - James Campbell.
I’d suggest you get in touch - he’s very accommodating and responsive.
You can email the company or I talk to James through LinkedIn
I think JPW Makes some excellent points.
And at the risk of sounding preachy, it’s important to remember why you invested here originally and water the potential returns in the long term could be.
Unless you are very good trader or very risk adverse committing your money here, is committing it in a long-term fashion.
This company is led by an excellent CEO. It has no debt and it has active projects which are producing diamonds.
I wish the share price was higher, but in the long term scheme of things, it doesn’t really matter. Stay frosty all.
