Nanogeddon, resent talk about overall % success rates of litigation, my guess is that litigation funders have a much higher success rate than company funded litigation. Has anyone seen any figures?
Anyway my feeling currently is Samsung will take this to court, that's not to say pre trial talks are not taking place.

Purely a guess, but Quantum Sciences is an application or appliance company and likely use Nanoco cfqd in their products. LinkedIn shows lots of connections so a good business relationship is possible. Nanoco make the dots QS make products using the dots.

Both 5m transactions appeared on the register as off book and totaled £3.42 if was one transaction between two parties it would have shown as one 5m transactions.

There were two 5m off book transactions on the 11th one from Lombard the other from Turcan. There was some other off book trades which make up the balance at 34.20p.
At least the correction balances to books as we appear to have 5m buys to many.
If tariq hamoodi does have a link to Goldenbridge NSW he might have based the purchase on two aspects the Samsung outcome and production to commercialisation.

There is talk a IO9 & IO10 in quick succession and upgrading and manufacturing in the chemical division. It would be good to have details on the chemical side which has always been In deficit.
Also they have mentioned using parts of IO5 and there was news that some of IO9 long lead parts already on order to shorten completion, supposedly in production this year.
IO9 promising to be something special either in size or performance or production of other minerals otherwise why would it take so long.
Could be chemical division has a block buster product or process to come on stream.

We're in a very hot sector at the moment, Spire Health are has been tipped as a buy in Sunday Times. Spire shareholders rejected a takeover bid last week. Lots happening with record waiting lists, this is undoubtedly the sector to be in.

I'd reserve your faith in the BoD until the bring IO9 in and have it up and running before the end of the year as promised. The don't have the best record on delivering unfortunately.
