What clarity? That we are in talks with a large oil company for a JV which are progressing well and the company is currently carrying our technical due diligence… Can’t get any clearer than that lol

Once they are done and i’s are dotted we will be notified on who(Most have come to a conclusion on this) they are and what the terms are :)

We are scheduled to commence drilling on what the potential JV partner wants to be in on next month…do you think they want to miss out on the start of the campaign? Hmmm I wouldn’t imo

P.s For clarity…they approached us and we were not actively looking for a JV…also the main reason they are interested is because we HIT OIL in multiple places

The system is down at the moment(since Saturday) so until it’s back up and running we won’t be seeing anything

Seeing as you didn’t specify Tradevol I’ll assume you mean any news and in that case you most likely won’t be selling on Friday as we should have the latest production figures by then ;)

Pressure testing was done on one of the wells in CC with the assumption that this was in preparation for re-completion works happening to increase oil production by c. 2400 bopd

21th Nov -

Two federal deep frontier-2 horizontal drill permit applications were made in preparation for drilling the 1bn barrel oil discovery in January

The market doesn’t even understand the significance of the CC re-completions alone…bringing an additional c.2400 bopd of production once all works are done with our current prod(September) between 1400-1500…

The market sleeps but some of us are well awake!

1900 bopd for this month is a little ambitious imo as that would be a 30% increase from last month. I would be very happy with a modest 1600 for October but any improvement would be well received from me.

Either way it’s getting very serious here with news due on multiple fronts and the share price indicating everyone is sitting tight…what will it be first?

* Production figures(Most likely)
* JV sign off
* RBL
* CC re-completions(Pressure test done recently)
* FED deep drilling(Permits applied for recently)

I was doing some digging and found that a US geological Survey was done in 2012 which outlined that the Frontier FM was a good candidate for storing CO2…very interesting as this is where most of the billion barrel oil discovery was found.

This further boosts the case for Exxon Mobil wanting to get in on an initial JV with COPL for the massive discovery…it just makes sense lol

Still no meaningful amount of sellers so they’re going to have to move this up…it’s Friday so I doubt many jump out before the weekend…

They could be playing a blinder here if it is them as the JV partner…with COPL having a field with 1bn+ barrels of oil, that’s a lot of space that could be exploited once the oil is out of the ground…

Let’s say they partner up with us, they could use the CO2 gas from their facility nearby to inject into the FED deeps for enhanced recovery of the oil… Then once the field is pretty much depleted use the field as part of their carbon capture project storing the CO2 underground… Just a thought”

I did probe on the casing aspect specifically, which btw they still don’t have what they need…however reiterated that this should be sorted soon enough…so read that however you like

They have to ‘complete’ drilling by March as per BLM agreement. I spoke to Art this week and he was adamant drilling on FED deep will start in January and we already know CC work is starting as planned due to pressure testing work being done.

I agree ITD, also key thing to remember is drilling in January isn’t just something COPL ‘want’ to do, they ‘HAVE’ to as per the agreement with the BLM in Wyoming unless they get an extension on timings.

Despite adverse weather conditions! The market does make you wonder when things don’t go the way the way it should…everyone would make money if it was easy not saying this share has been all songs and praises but opportunity is still HUGEEEEE

The disparity between the share price and and true of this company is mind boggling and very annoying…but all things must come to an end eventually

We await an update on RBL - High chance next update will be RBL signed

We also await JV news - Next update will also be in relation to JV being signed off(or not) but I would say the latter is very unlikely…Also no point saying “where’s the news?”…Art is waiting for the green light and there’s nothing anyone can do about it

These could drop anytime but the market continues to sleep at the wheel…I repeat…THESE COULD DROP ANYTIME!
