PFS end of September would be great, then let the games begin when BHP are released from their clause in October.

I don’t know how this is going to play out but I’d bet money NCM won’t be seeking their stake, they want this as much as BHP so and NM seems to favour them too over BHP.
BHP have the money behind them, if they want it they would likely want a JV partner, NCM would be ideal.
Let’s see how long NM can hold off the bids

Yes it’s fascinating, personally as you I think it is much less risky and has more chance of success time wise with at least one of them on board.
Being a board Member alone won’t hive the expertise we will need on the ground.
We can only trust NM has covered all the bases and isn’t getting carried away if he does intend to go this alone.

We will need a JV partner, although he has always ruled this out on the past.

I think that’s why some of us are perplexed if we lose BHP and especially NCM, doesn’t seem logical to me in view of how much more difficult it will make it for us re production route
Maybe the Franco funding will give us the best of both, whereby BHP and NCM just take a smaller percentage then they would have liked.

They may go for it as they know there will be more discoveries to come and of the model worked out then hey presto.

Maybe BHP and NCM are going to have to accept this if they want to be part of it all. ?

Of course this can still happen with current plans, they’d just need less funding and dilution, however this is still the most obvious route to production where they both have say 24.5% each, with SOLG getting 51% as an example.

That has always been the obvious route for me, as they are both on board.

I did think we would have a 3 way JV, BHP funding, NCM doing the block caving whilst we repeat the model on the next prospect.
I’m guessing they felt the same, which is why the Franco funding was a shock to them, as much as some of us.

It’s seemed like the less risky route if NM was intent on going all the way.

SOLG can’t do this on their own that’s for sure.

I personally don’t think NCM will be selling their stake, they want this, not sure how they are going to be able to get it now though?

Interestingly in NM s latest interview/ presentation he said he preferred NCM to BHP, prob due to their block caving expertise.
I don’t think it will be BHP as a hostile stake building from them is not permitted at this stage.

Hopefully more results from gold might give us a boost, although I thought the lithium JORC would do that, however we actually dropped on the day of that one.

There must be something the market doesn’t like here, that or it’s a case of being one of those shares off radar that the market is missed, in such cases we can see big re rates without news.

I hope it’s the latter of the two.
