re CGP price differential- they are currently stuck between a rock and hard place, with very little on their books, other than there share at Cascabel and SOLG.
They recently had to sell shares to pay the bills I believe?, so they are basically a one trick pony relying on a good price for it.

I read they wanted 22 shares as opposed to the eleven we offered.

We are all just waiting to see how it plays out, I prefer to not give too much attention, it is what it is, if they reject our offers and we get to BFS they have to pay a percentage of exploration costs up to that point to keep their share. They don't have that sort of money and are unlikely to find it IMO.

I agree that this will be too big and complex for us to take to production alone, and the market knows this, hence our low SP.

Its too big for one major alone, let alone ourselves.

Nm always states in his presentations that we would sell at the right price, as I believe he knows a sale is inevitable.

Most of the people in the mining press have said like wise, so why would they all be wrong on this point?

Re CGPs share

It’s not logical to say their 20% is not worth buying, of course it is.

If our 85% is so valuable then it goes with out saying that their 20% is also valuable.

I don’t see why it’s so complex for someone else to buy their share at a higher price, especially for NCM who have links with them already and I believe still want to be part of this potential mine.

Not too long to wait now for PFS and for BHP to be free to bid for us.

I do think if we get the Franco funding over the line this will make it more difficult for the majors to buy us, without the funding I do think it’s just a matter of time before BHP and Newcrest buy us.

If Barrick came in on the action I believe we would get closer to true value in the subsequent bidding war.

Shouldn't be too long now before we get initial results from new prospects and or news on Franco funding.

If we don't get Franco news before the PFS, then I believe NM is waiting for bids following the PFS, which I'll bet comes just before BHP's date being allowed to bid in October .
