BioHiTech, do have a 10 year take or pay agreement with Argos cement so perhaps establishing future proof supply as I say purely speculation on my behalf..

i'm 99% sure it will be resolved before it goes legal, it may not be the full $4m but it I think it will be sizable proportion with a new contract, I am leaving 1% just in case .. LOL !

Prop, by no means trying to push you in a direction, but in my imho for what its worth I think the 1p will soon be gone and we will see a huge climb, JP does not strike me as the sort of person who takes failure very well and I am sure he and the rest will be looking for multiple news flows financial and operational that may catch a few out.

I have tried to do some research into who this client is and I am still coming up with biohitech/entsorga/gold medal group/kinderhook as they have plants being built for waste recycling across the US and their tech is "proprietary" the are just to many coincidences with delays in plant builds and environmental licences, financing, european sites etc I of course may be a million miles out but someone of notable scale wants the magnetite and JP did allude to their locations and uses of the magnetite as a catalyst

Does anyone here have some appreciable tech knowledge of how the magnetite could be used in their sorting production plants? if any, I can see that they also produce concrete

Hi Prop, a few days off work, checked in here to see what is happening , not much , lol ! :) just peeps trying to dig out an understanding of what has happened/happening. To be perfectly frank as disappointing as this all is , we are in the same position at Cobre income wise as we were before the client started except we now have the cash they paid and the magnetite they didn't take, so the question I ask myself is why would you pay for something and not get anything ?... you wouldn't ...so they must be in a bit of a situation themselves with the plant building and funding being released perhaps tied in with the regulatory approvals, but that too is just conjecture.

We have redmoor and LCCM.

I think we may perhaps get a farm in at LCCM, providing cash upfront to move it along and expand it and the guarantee of the vertically aligned customer now getting their copper cement at an even better rate, but again conjecture.... the cash helping the Redmoor purchase

If you listen properly to the interview AB and JP did some time back Oct'18 (they don't do many together so not hard to find) AB tells you its a group concern, they met in Philadelphia, the contact at Company A flew in from Paris, they were upscaling their processes to build a plant , regulatory requirements etc etc

JP to me seems unable to be consistent on timescales , we are sometimes told Q1 2020 , in some RNSs it states within first half of 2020 for LCCM but he nearly says 18 months and a few times says within a year..which is it?

I questioned here before where the cash has gone ...LCCM perhaps , again I refer you to the concept of unrestricted cash mentioned by the BODs, LCCM would be deemed restricted cash both at December reporting and thereafter its a known and should be accounted for as such. If anyone came and told me unrestricted cash is X and they had not factored in the projected project costs I would tell them they need to go away and think about what they are saying

He says he is good at structuring, well he totally ppooed this up this and is now structuring the company out of the poop that they originally created, he should have been structuring months ago , along with debt options as we talked about here , it really is not rocket science..

honestly i am concerned and I would like to see a breakdown from 31.12.18 of where the cash has been spent and what has happened since 31.3.19
