Hi Prop, not sure I know what to make of things in this world anymore, nothing is as it first seems.

I would like a date from JP for full production at LCCM , its now "2020" from Q1, then12-18months , my patience is wearing thin but like most here I am now well under so do I stick or bail...amazing how fortunes seem to have turned in the space of 6 months 5.5p seems like a pipe dream but I keep asking myself what else can possibly go wrong..

the market is often knee jerk , especially those that dip in and out of shares.Im sure JP will pull the trigger when all avenues have been exhausted

futhermore I would add if they tried to go elsewhere they would have to pay up front before they could take any magnetite from anyone else, bearing in mind that they have so far reneged on a contract, LOI etc so it really does not stack up well on their side

I disagree at the end of the day if they are seen to be a bad payer they will be affected, if legal action is taken to obtain payment they are affected further, it really is not in their interests to delay payment, hence why I say they probably have issues and that is the reason and not that they are playing a game.

I don't think they are playing at all, they probably have some issues that take priority over SML , sometimes intentions do not match the output for whatever reason .Sure SML bods placed ALOT of trust in the customer but that does not mean that you throw the baby out the pram, I deal with late customer payments all the time and the element of trust and good faith has to be explored in fulness before you take legal action, its a last resort and sometimes can be the catalyst to end a relationship so you need to be 100% sure before you take the jump. Its not like they are selling an off the shelf product for the masses its a niche and customers are few and far between and the word spreads causing a fallout in what is probably a market where most players know each other ie a close network
