That's a standard clause in most company accounts , nothing unusual and I would say the "norm"

When they take it is another point but they seem to be liable to pay for it regardless of whether it stays where it is or not. I'm sure it will all be fine and possibly they may start taking more after they get the licence sorted out. Price is crazy low, if I had more spare cash I would buy a nice wedge now.

It says that the client requested a suspension to the MINIMUM tonnage not a complete stop. It could be that they could not fulfil in March , hoped for April and to catch up for March but alas no licence , hence we are finding out now as the company has advised. Anyone in business knows that these things happen and you have to accommodate your client sometimes , it's called relationships. They have to take the missing balance at some point under the contract.
