Any takes on why the bods in particular JW don't hold any shares from what can see ? Very odd and not great when drawing such a salary each year and puts a cross in the "Directors have skin in the game ' box...

Not sure it will ten bag but at 2m mcap there is a lot of room here to move up depending on results, I cannot see that JW has any shares (significant holding anyway) is, he the holder of the warrants?

There are only 423m shares in issue, circa 50m traded in a week so around 10% I would not call the pitiful at all.

Things take time peeps , sometimes the market has to catch up with you , for me I hardly post here and I'm fairly new( Nov'16) but for me the defining moment this year so far is Herald. These guys know the tech space well and know the small cap tech market very well. For them to take a significant stake, now, says they must smell something and they would have done their DD and homework and more before dipping their toes in, I'm watching their movements as well as BOOMs... Wishing all BOOMers the v.best ...imho things will start to move soon

I think it's about first mover advantage with India etc it's about building up the network and users , yes it may be harder but it's a numbers game in India and China. The recent iis buying demonstrates interest and BOOM has to keep its foot on the gas Tbh I give it no more than a year before someone plays their hand and puts a bid on the table the advertising potential is too huge to be ignored All imho.

If it's for the greater good of the business, it's to be expected at this stage, surely some peeps did not expect the business to be substantially cash generative to fund its own expansion at this point .. Good Morning all, does the company not split out the geographic base on some of its kpis eg unique users , UFRs ? I looked and could not find such information but I think it would be v. good to know , I'm sure the company knows this information and would allow some analysis on offices and ROIs
