Also, it was probably clean teq's withdrawal from the Phoenix deal that caused phoenix to sell on , RMA are quids in with the sml deal, cash, shares , staff moving this to production Alan Broome is a "face" and not someone in the industry you would want to stitch up by any means. If RMA do sell the whole lot its 3% or so ..so I wouldn't say it's earth shattering and I guess we will never know what they do with them but the fact they opted to take shares and not full cash says enough for me.

JP said he has been working on this since June 2017.. and we think we know better from our googling..? sure it's very good and welcomed to research and share but we cannot think that all information is accessible from a web browser. The bods are paid to manage the company and so far they have done little wrong , in fact a lot right, so please lets not think we are somehow superior from our digestion of limited information from news snippets In closing the deal is done and nothing here will change that. If anyone is insecure then put up your shares for sale and alleviate yourself of the worry.

Nice Columbo work PhaseOne and Tarry and thanks for sharing it is appreciated Having someone who was involved with the company do the DD may be seem as a conflict of interest and does raise some rather interesting questions However, another way to look at it is who else would & could have such a close understanding of the sites and that although they completed the DD it does not mean that they were not asked questions or their results checked over and scrutinised by a more independent person(s) from SML. It is also far quicker. Sometimes it's easier to ask probing questions and expect total clarity from someone who should know the answers than someone who is there just to provide an impartial report and who will not know some of the finer and sometimes hidden detail Also , I would say that the people who normally complete these DDs often have to have good indemnity cover for a reason and so having someone from the company who owned it is no better way of covering the aspect of a deep rooted understanding of the sites and their operation. Some of employees will now be employed by SML, so why bite the hand that feeds you? Or as one of my old bosses use to say "in business keep your friends close and your enemies even closer " not that they are the enemy but hopefully you catch my drift...it's about information.... As we have seen JP is not one for taking things lying down , Cobre train transport being an example where we got the money back from the very company that gives us the licence to take their product and sell it ...and indeed JP has a long relationship with and who eclipse RMA in size and as a market player

Drewky, as I say the advertised spread and real spread do differ, but to be quite frank my thoughts are that if the results are good to very good then even if it was 15% spread then it would make little difference when news hits afterall most peeps are not happy on aim unless they see "bagged".... in addition I would add that the bods would have to answer to the shareholders if they had spent $200k + now exploration expenses, on what was just a piece of flat land...and indeed I would be calling for them to sacked...all of them.... Align can only go on what is in the public domain, just like us , they then apply their nous to provide a valuation accordingly so in this case PVR provided the information on which the analysis was completed. Dusters do occur that is the nature of the beast but in this case readings of +100ppm of LI are not usual to find in soil...

except as you can see the true margin is around 5% between bid to ask , currently selling at 0.54 and buying at .5675
