IOG would need to decide whether to bid at a price that is reasonable. depends how quickly IOG wants this to 8p would seal the deal. however leaving it too late could open doors for other investors.

I thought Cap-xx is pronounced as Capex. anyway the future is looking very good. anyone wants to do a quick research on Super capacitors, just watch few YouTube videos, and Maxwell and tesla names comes up.
it's known widely in the battery technology that tesla bought Maxwell. however lot of people are unaware of the patent infringement case. tesla need to do something before the battery day, I'm sure Elon musk don't want to get embarrassed about Maxwell patent infringement case

I'm sure holders here will love a buyout for £250M, well tesla paid over £200M for Maxwell (fake goods) because We at Capex hold Patents, not one but over 40 Patents.
