I have four theories as what could happen regarding €195 compensation case.
- Out of court settlement of quick and easy
- settlement through court
- Cheaper for Kosovo Government to buy fox marble, on the open market and then eliminate the risk of any Litigation
- Wealthy Litigation fund managers could buy fox marble on the open market and get the windfall when the case is won.
all options looks promising.
