Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Are we starting to bounce?
I would expect all those conditions to be met in the next few days.
When the RNS was released, the sp went to @ .18, then 385m shares started to be introduced into the market at @.14 (which I think was mondays closing price) these are for NextChem and part of the deal. This would inevitably bring the SP down to around the .14-.15 mark. Added to this allot of stop losses would have been hit, plus a few panicking PIs, also we have the Aussies who still maybe selling, although they maybe finished. This I feel is why the SP is where it is, once its cleared, which won't be long, we will start heading north quite quickly AIMO.
Cham,Only locked from the fact they cant sell them, they still have to be placed
Yes it should bounce soon, I think it is the last of the Aussies but also the 385m shares being issued to next-chem that is causing havoc, once all this is sorted it will certainly move up.
Yes, As I understand it, we are already financially covered from the last raise to cover the Texas plant, If that's successful which there's no reason it shouldn't be, we build the Bolivian plant, I would have thought investors would be tripping over themselves to become involved once we have a proven system and a contract for one of the largest Lithium salt plains in the world. So I really dont see that a problem
I would have thought the Aussies were out now and I wonder if the issue of shares below, is the reason for this to be held down, it would make sense.
Clontarf is also required to issue to NEXT-ChemX 385 million new ordinary shares in the capital of Clontarf ("Ordinary Shares"), of which half will be subject to a 12 month lock in requirement. At yesterday's closing price, such issue of new Ordinary Shares is worth approximately £580,000.
IMHO, the mms have still got a few Aussie shares they need to get rid if for as low a price as they dare, once they've sorted this out clon will fly.
Clon has been working with the Bolivian government a long long time, this is just the beginning, companies will be queuing up to become involved in this and clon has the keys to the door.
As I said before, it is all in the hands of the Lawyers, just to make sure all parties are happy, its just a matter of time but I think Friday afternoon is always a good time for lawyers to finish off. :)
Dont like to burst your bubble guys, however you are looking at a completely different Company. We are partnering with Next-chemx of Navada USA, not Chemx of Australia. Heres the company website.

Looks like the Aissies have gone, will easily surge through .20 now.
Its all in the hands of the lawyers, these things take time, all is fine, wont be long.
Fingers crossed it does seem that the Aussies have finally left the building, which is all very good news for when the RNS lands, I think its just PIs selling now for what ever reason they feel necessary.
I hear what your saying Gulable, however, the past has no relevance to the future, I have been following the Bolivia story a long, long time, as have a few others and I know for a fact that DH has put a hell of a lot of work into this over the years, so maybe its time to look forward instead of looking back, Bolivia will happen.
The Bolivian government will not issue licenses until they are sure and happy that everything is right and DH knows this, thats why everything has to be done in a proper orderly manner. As I said DH has spent years on this, he knows what hes doing, it will happen just a matter of time.
Just to add, all legal agreements have to satisfy all parties and lawyers, all this takes time, I thinks 30 days was a bit optomistic to be honest, but was not set in stone as some people seem to think.
I know for a fact that DH has spent alot of years on this project, hes certainly not going to muck it up just for a few extra days, he will want to get it right, just a matter of watching and waiting, it will happen.
Just to add, I had an email last week saying 'things were progressing well'
