I don't believe the RNS was suspect by any means, The Bolivians had their process of Elimination for the qualification process, clon truely believed as did YLB, that clons softening letter would see them through this process, the lawers and accountants diddnt see it like this, so rejected clons application, clon and YLB both kicked of and the process was adjusted to suite. Clon had to make the announcement to the market as per Aim rules. Their was no scandulouse 'hickory pockery' to let in certain investors etc. The fact is, this underlines how much the Bolivians want and need Clon in this process.
