Dunno if you guys noticed but almost all of the derampers changed their tune since the oil tanker photos came out earlier, they've been optimistic and very supportive - on our bb & twitter as well ! (apart from DHC of course)

My guess they loaded their boots with Angus shares at the drop (under 8.5p) as they are expecting a sp recovery from this point ! Anyway, all new members are welcome in our club but PLEASE don't deramp straight after you sell ha .... Remember the success of ANY of the Weald basin companies will be very beneficial to the rest of them. It will make the big players in the O&G industry & many international investors take the massive potential of the Weald basin more seriously.

1-Today's trading volume was 22.13 million shares....Noteholders shares are equivalent to 10% of TODAY's volume !

2-Angus's average trading volume is 11.75 million shares....Noteholders shares are equivalent to 20% Angus daily's volume !

Not much to worry about when we take into account the revenue expected from Balcombe !

They need to announce the GM date in the next 2/3 working days then as you mentioned the GM will take a place around a week later)

Vonk doesn't need to have a report on Brockham by the GM date but Angus as a company will likely provide assurance to the market (and more importantly to the new investors who their Angus warrants are exercisable at 12.15p per Share) after the latest sell-off so I am expecting 'an update' not 'testing report' in the GM announcement date RNS

Requisition of General Meeting: Section 304 of the Act requires the Directors to call such a general meeting within 21 days of the date of receipt of the Requisition and to hold such general meeting on a date not more than 28 days after the date of the notice convening such general meeting.

Angus's latest RNS was on the 10th of January so General Meeting was requested min. 8\9th of Jan.

8\9 of Jan + 21 days = 29\30th of Jan (Next Tuesday(in 2working days)/Wednesday(in 3working days)).

IMO they wont leave the GM announcement until the last minute (It doesn't make sense really). So the RNS should come anytime within the next 2-3 working days and I'd expect it will include an update about Brockham to support Vonk's position in the voting and also to reassure the market about Angus's massive potential for 2019 :

"The Board strongly believes that the Company has planned a very productive year for the Company. Managing Director Paul Vonk has our full support."

The drop in sp after it hit ran into 9.60p was expected, many day traders jumped on board once they saw the oil tanker photo on twitter for a quick trade and cashed out after making 10-15% easy profit. Now the day traders are gone there is another window for people to buy in squeezing that free float in the 1.5 hrs remaining before the bell.

I expect an RNS about Brockham and the bod meeting tomorrow morning >before the weekend< .

Almost all the offered volumes on the L2 ask side are in the 10-10.5p sp zone !

I feel really sorry for all the people who sold for 8.2 today ... STOP LISTENING TO TROLLS !

Some people bought as soon as they saw the photo and sold for an easy 5-7% profit. Don't blame them but now we have a proof of oil (for some who needed assurance) , I believe the sp will see recovery from this point onward !

Which shows almost zero DD been put by some people into their investments ..........

Angus PI's have already confirmed with SCC that no permission is required to use the pump.

IF you are an Angus shareholder who is genuinely worried his investment and doesnt have faith in the engineers on ground at Brockham or believe his fellow investors who contacted the SCC about this last week then pick up the phone and ask the question....AGAIN !

Unless of course you are a deramper who doesn't own any shares in Angus and has a big fat zero reason to be on this bb !!

No secrets there mate, the share price is heavily discounted, statistically oversold : RSI is 36% , Angus got many golden tickets for this year, we are expecting an update about Brockman very soon and the bod shenanigan is an internal matter and has nothing to do with the work progress at Angus’s sites .... The sp is due to a rapid bounce back up anytime soon !
