Guys could you please don't discuss Vonk's selling his shares as if its a fact ! If he sells then Angus must issue RNS ..this is a FACT !

gbk47, dunno is the answer tbh .. but they must release an RNS if they forced him 'some how' to reduce his chunky holdings in the company.

I don't think so because they are Employee Incentive Scheme's options so if he is no longer an employee of Angus then he wont be able to exercise these options :

"options to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares have been granted under the Company's existing Employee Incentive Schemes to Directors and other staff as part of the Company's annual share option grants. Of course there is something morally wrong with what they are doing, they believe if they deramp Angus on daily basis then some of Angus holders will sell and move to UKOG which benefits the almost the all time low sp of the company. It backfired on all of us and ended with many cashing out of the Weald basin all together for what they led to believe a high risk investment and someone from our BB just done that yesterday as he stated on here.

I can understand/accept (not to agree) the concept of buy low, release a video/photo to spark a spike then sell high and make some money which appears to be their day job but to deramp straight after they sell is WRONG...and for @Adrianwfire aka FOTH to take it to a whole new level by recycling an old video to cause a spike then to say it was taken a week before is simply pathetic !

This was an easy 6% profit within an hour for day traders ....I'm kicking myself in the back for fallen into FOTH flares video manipulation last week and topped up at the time with the last extra cash I had ...

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me .... lesson learned the expensive way !

I don't know if there is a hole or not in the boat tbh , I'd like to think its more of a delay which needs to be urgently addressed by the new bod. None of us know whats happening at the site so we were pushed to come up with assumptions ........all what we know from the source is : [continue with the Brockham well test that is currently ongoing - an update will be provided in due course] so until we receive another update from Angus please don't help in spreading panic among holders.

Again, I am VERY keen on getting an urgent update from Lucan on the work progress for all of the sites (Most importantly on Brockham) and I truly hope he will be able to regain the confidence of the shareholders.

I disagree Yanis, I believe some of the sales are coming from people on this BB, and as you probably know every little helps to drop the share price abit lower. Whatever you post on here will NOT reach Angus bod so it will only help in spreading negativity and panic among holders and some people just cant keep it together anymore and hold for longer so they sell for massive loss.

We are all on the same boat here and believe me I am much more desperate that you for a positive update from Angus!

I think some people on this BB need to stop causing panic among holders ..... nothing but negativity been posted since the early morning (based on no news) which unfortunately made some weak hands sell for massive loss, ... nothing has changed on ground as far as we know and the company already said 3 days ago that they will [continue with the Brockham well test that is currently ongoing] .. Of course I am annoyed like everyone else by the delay caused by Vonk's xmas break but he left now so we should not keep promoting the state of panic among holders.

Please think about the negative affect of what you are posting here on your own investment .........

We are within the 7p sp support level so I don't think the sp will go lower from here unless of course there is another wave of follow-the-herd no news panic selling for a substantial loss ! imo this is the rock bottom and whoever wanted to cash out already did, the rest will average down and some investors/value traders will start to hold new pos.

Like any LTH, I am annoyed by the lack of updates from the company but I refuse to be pushed to believe that Angus is only Brockham and no news means that the oil has suddenly disappeared from there (Maybe Vonk took it with him before he left ?) but magically still flowing from the rest of the Weald basin as many would like us to believe.......

I hope the engineers at Brockham are busy atm setting up the new pump!

Thanks GeoDave for sharing this with us, it’s good to hear about George Lucan from someone who actually met him before. Knowing what he knows about the boardroom coop, I don’t think he would wreck his professional career getting involved In something he doesn’t believe he could add value into it ... I hope we’ll get an update from him very soon.

Let’s talk some common sense here .. why would Vonk cash out when he knows more than any of the shareholders the potential of Brockham , he was over the moon about brockham before he was forced to resign so why do you think he won’t wait for a couple of weeks or months if he knows that he could double or triple the value of his holdings ?

On another subject, Angus got the linear pump approved so do you think this relates to the photos taken yesterday from Brockham showing Nitrogen lorry leaving full returning empty to take more Nitrogen ?

I'm expecting an RNS anytime soon based on the recent activities at Brockham, they need to regain the shareholders confidence which goes along with what Lucan stated in his letter to the shareholders :
