Mate, did you read any of the researches I posted recently on this board.. I have repeatedly said Lek is ridiculously cheap at this level and we'll see some recovery very soon. So many catalysts for Mcap recovery written all over this company.

Re CEO, he founded the company, a significant shareholder and if you listened to his recent interviews then you will know that he got short/mid and long plans in mind for Lekoil .........one thing is for sure - he will not resign !

I absolutely agree Hullaballoola , unusual buying pressure accumulating since last week. We are dealing with an African company so my guessing is someone in the know hoovering any cheap shares out there and we should expect a positive update(s) from the company anytime very soon.

Thursday, Friday and today's volumes exceeded the average daily volume and the share price trend has been creeping up, as I mentioned before we are witnessing higher lows and new supports since last week & there must be a good reason for all of these buys ;)

Profit taking Bigma91 but buying pressure is accumulating and it will break out anytime soon.

Danker, From the buying pressure over the past couple of days I can tell that someone in the know is hoovering any available shares before LekOil releases the next update

27 January 2020 RNS :

"The Otakikpo JV, on 25 January 2020, completed the first crude oil lifting of this year by the nominated offtaker, Shell Western Supply and Trading Limited ("SWST") (a member of the Royal Dutch Shell plc group of companies). LOGL expects to receive cash proceeds from this crude oil lifting of c. US$7.0 million. The next lifting, of a similar quantity, is expected to occur within the next four to six weeks."

So the 2nd lifting from Otakikpo should be anytime within the first two weeks of March.

Thew next RNS should confirm receiving the $7M from Shell.

Having been fooled by the fraudulent RNS about funding, I sold out of #LEK this morn at a good sized loss, but will get over it. “

You sold at the rock bottom 2.5p on the 14th of Jan and have been deramping LEK in each of your post since “ looking at recourse for getting my losses back.” .. sorry mate but you’ll never be able to buy back your shares at 2.5 .....

I just checked the group photo at the African Petroleum Summit 2020 and spotted (from the right to left)

This is the exciting bit really, we know its coming so there is no IF here but when it's coming is the question.

The new CFO updated his LinkedIn profile 3 weeks ago to the CFO of Lekoil; We also know that there will be another oil lifting from Otakikpo anytime between now and mid of March so Lekoil must issue RNS to confirm appointing the new CFO and receiving the 7m USD from the first lifting as they both price sensitive information according to AIM.

There are more confirmations in the way but the above is what I am expecting to see in the next RNS

They have their board meeting on Thursdays so based on today's volume and several pending updates which we are expecting here, we'll probably get RNS tomorrow.

*First piece of news should be, and I'll quote their IR email to me from last Thursday " we can confirm that a candidate has been identified and the appointment process is being finalized. An announcement will be made once this appointment (which includes an appointment to the Board) is complete"

**I also expect them to confirm receiving 7 Million USD from Shell Petroleum for Otakikpo's 1st oil lifting .

Danker, it's not a matter of if it's going to happen, it's a matter of when it's going to happen. I can't stress enough on how cheap the share price is at this level and how undervalued is the company for the assets it holds. The sp should settle at least above 4p until the next RNS which is imminent in my opinion.

I think the CEO has been promoting the company in Davos & the African Petroleum Summit so we'll see a couple of new (wealthy) PIs or even II joining the club soon :)

Chunky volumes have been traded since the opening !

Peel rerated intu yesterday to 30p (from 10p) after the company updated the market about Link's plans to participate in the company’s cash call so today's rerating is only about setting back the previous rating before today's news.

Melqart Asset Management (UK) Ltd reduced its short position in intu by 35.82% and dropped it to 0.43% (from 0.67%)

Danker, they say stay patient and trust your journey. 2020 will be a transformation year for the company
