Have I misinterpreted Q1 Calendar 2022? I took this to mean spring time 2022. If so, plenty of time to increase the take out valuation and/or a new bidder to materialise. APT still well below year high
It could also become contested?
I agree. This is based on trading to 30/6/21. We will have another 9month growth to the earliest time of the purchase and in addition the dynamics are in the UK's favour

Lengthen your time horizon.. Chill a little. In the words of Bowie... "I dont know where I'm going from here but I know it wont be boring"
Added a decent chunk at close yesterday but not showing yet. I was lucky to catch the falling knife at 100p late last year but now see similar good value again. This is one of my 12 core holdings but has been slow to build
My calc is £1.61 as SQ is now +15% above Friday close price
Sq closed +10.2% and Apt now +12.5% on volume already >4m. So looking good
And remember Square's closing price on Friday valued APT at AUD 126. So far Square is up 8.4 % today so the market likes the deal and Augur's well for the APT price tomorrow
And to be clear that is 132p plus 9p
Uk was the star performer but results for clearpay now include a smidgon from EU so not as clear going forward in the APT results - that were. All yes on TSL results now
So far today 80 share trades but 127 posts...a tad imbalanced methinks
I have listened to the recent Q&A and read the written responses and am very happy with the progress
Last year APT released a trading update on 9th July so may be the same or available shortly
Not come across this Research firm but they specialise in the sector. I liked their methodology and approach. The forecasts are conservative and attribute only 52p to the diagnostics division on what we know and modest sales without any Gov capacity. The selling price and margin are more realistic cf the last Finncap research note which still assumed a £10 sale price per unit. However, given the test results, in my view there is a reasonable expectation that this will be revised upwards on contract/sales news.
Any thoughts as to why?
Any press coverage?
Apt small down day on low volume after 6 up days and the pattern replicated over the preceding 7 days. Long may it continue
Says different in the uK accs
In the last results we were tracking the USA on performance. Last year the APT trading update for the year to 30/6 was made on 7/7 so lets see what is said about UK
See the APT RNS with the USA press release regarding Amazon and tinternet retailers, also the 650k customers signed up in AUS for mastercard in 3 weeks ie can use in store with no BNPL facility....very interesting innovation. Assed 40k shares at the off
Apt now up 11 out of the last 12 days. Todays rise of 2.9% attributed to Paypal increasing their average charges to 4% (Apt 3.8%) so no longer competing on price
