If you look the official Ghana Gazette nothing has notified in the Gazette since January... This is a legal (immediate) procedure after the signing....

So therefore the President of Ghana has a lot of signing to do at sometime ?

This practice of buying multiple properties is illegal in Holland unless its as a business ...Then it is strictly regulated

Affordable housing is precious here. ...

As a private buyer you can only have ( I think have not checked recently) 1 or 2 properties on top of your main residence .

However the Law makes it very difficult for to make it financially viable .. You get taxed something like 60+%

WHO relies on the cooperation and transparency of ALL Member States . They are not Policeman .

The Chinese may of well known the disease was a Human to Human to virus earlier in 2019..

You cannot blame WHO for that, if the Chinese were covering it up that it ay be a NEW virus,

WHO were going on previous outbreaks SARS/MERS etc.

The UK and US have been playing catch up ever since this virus brokeout ... The warnings were there and ignored and now a heavy human price is being paid and unfortunately without an early strict lockdown further waves of infections are very likely.
Being Reactive rather than Proactive Government in the UK wit regards to Facemasks.. Procrastinating and not making the right decisions and i am not sure why they are so scared to act .

Clearly Facemasks have some degree of containing the spread of virus droplets .. The Far East has the most experience in dealing with this.

In Holland i do not visit a Supermarket without a Facemask (disposable) and plastic eye glasses these places are hotspots.

I am invested here ODX as well but I'm just pointing out that there are financial risks here to be aware of like WHO has pointed out.
