They had just complete Motion 24 & I think he said 27 …..

Despite they saying it would be done today they didnt get to our Clauses (no surprise).. Scheduled order of Order comes before they get to us and were at the bottom of the order
They spent this morning on Education Bill & the 2nd session on some Important Road Project... Insolvency Bill was mentioned right at the end to do tomorrow ..
Resume 10:00 (Ghana time)
Whatever happens tomorrow Im 100% certain it will be completed this week …

Hi Folks ,, I did not listen today but I just caught up with the backtrack recording,..
They passed an issue on Clause 35 (this one they have been going back to everyday all last week)

After they passed it the member proposing/conducting this Bill suddenly remembered something …just a word I think needs changing

Anyway, the same guy said on Monday his aim is to finish & Conclude (Pass) the Consideration Stage of the Bill

They completed Clause 167 (which was not on the schedule probably admin error) Adjourned for today

Only Clause 168 and 169 to finish

They are sitting tomorrow (Saturday) at 10:00 (Ghana Time)

Lets not get to excited …… Not sure if they ar doing two session today or sitting tomorrow....

Te remaining clauses especially 168/9 have a lot of sub section to run through......listening to the other clause this can take ages especially when they get stuck on wording !!

We all better hope its completed ASAP in case they suspend Parliament (CV19)

At 7pm (ghana time) they completed Clause 159 .. That it for Insolvency Bill for today...

There is a lot of other business on the pre schedule tomorrow and these last Clauses 160-168 have a lot of sub parts to go through …

They maybe slow but are very thorough in detail and are sitting two session per day (not normal apparently).
