I don't think you can say that with any confidence for 3 reasons:

1, You dont know who the Seller is or for what reason

2, You don't know what mandate the seller is under

3, You don't know the amount the Seller/Sellers have

This is Terrible, im now in the strong belief the Wyoming Uranium asset was a Trojan Horse designed to raise the Funds from investors, was parley in the Ads that circulated in league with the Warrant holders to raise obscene amounts of cash to disperse into Third party companies where they will hold future positions and even now, a 19.1% ownership of Lions Bay yet Metals one supplies 4.5 million to complete their plant at the cost of 220 million new shares at a 26% dilution. And i suspect, this is the start.

It will come down to financing, it always comes down to financing. Hydrogen, touted as future clean energy still relies on fossil fuels and expensive infrastructure and processes and still releases carbon dioxide. Its always maintained a future risk level investment for financial backers who areally not 100% positive on its future in the Energy sectors. Australia is a big advocate but has seen projects scrapped, shelved or unfunded. I still think PHE have a Unique Tech and opportunity but it really needs a Global desire, for financial backing to be forthcoming or no one will take the risk on an Energy resource the Globe isn't showing signs of commiting too.

When i arrived here, it was all squabbles and about 600 posts a day forum. Red was a pest, Jancux the same and if you venture into speaking about PHE you get called a moron, ir Testpack3 smug as hell calling people Dumb and dumber so I just dont bother, I never have this forum is pointless at times. Im all for cleaning up and having amicable discord, but on most forums people are labelled trolls for the most innane things. Simple disagreement on direction, your a deramper troll wanting a better price!! How to tackle stupidity? Ive been threatened, many ban attempts and consistently called a Troll on EEE, im a long term holders with.stacks of cash invested and have been its biggest advocate to others outside the forum, many an investor mention that come from my promotion. But to the guys who can't let go, because I correctly envisaged a 60 and a 55% drop in its initial stages, i was deemed a Troll and have to tackle umpteen abusive comments.
