They have to fund operations somehow, so the warrants will pay for the work, through a financial partnership with a warrant holder interested in the project than a 1 time finance and warrant rinse at 10× premium more a trickle

I look at chart, 3 year wide Cup where you are looking at reaching its peak height 2023 February.

Could push on, could Row back to perform a Handle but given the Depth of Cup and Duration the rise therein could potentially be substantial.
