I can't remember of the Top of my head, but I'm sure revenue sat around 300k region when their first financials was put out, for what was quarter revenue. Pretty impressive I may look to locate that to get an accurate number. So perhaps for the year, they have brought in a considerable figure. I'm sure the board will be wary of adding to the share count being the amount in existence high and Engsolve was absorbed on that basis. To bring revenue and expertise where needed most.

I've known Troajan on here for a good while, on other forums also. I think your wrong on his intentions, having known his postings a while he isn't one to encourage or ramp, and he is good at what he does. Which is trading, and knowing what's what. He hasn't racked up that many posts for market manipulation, he has just been around a while.

And his posts, have now appeared as more a wind to yours, as i can imagine hemisphere exhausted in your inability to reason or meet common ground, and insulted his intelligence often through names and accusations.

There is a possibility, he may agree with some of your input, but sees no reason to indulge in it only arriving with his 🎣

You touched on the subject beautifully yesterday. His information holds weight because it's a reality, and a practice seen often. But so is many other realities here, other avenues and unknown outcomes or ones easy to envisage.

Problem, he won't give an inch to them. It's no, they will just do this. No, they will push through this, and your wrong about this, your wrong about that. They will do this, demand this. My question is why? Why does he believe they will resort to heavy handed tactics, in an effort to make the company bankrupt and insolvent. Just because they can, that doesn't mean they will.

So we have become a little frustrated, with his lack of common ground, not once offering an admirable olive branch to other possible scenarios, just no, your wrong. Your mistaken.

It is a slight concern of mine, I dont speak about it because of that type of dismissive attitude.

Engsolve financials the last quarter when we absorbed them, was decent. If that has improved, grown exponentially, and there annual is 1 mill plus it may be what we need, but we will run thin financially, with no revenue.

Unless upfront payments are present. How you think running costs are attended? Whip rounds at the local parish?
