TBH, there isn't a reason for a farm in being agreed unlike past ventures not materialised as most of the obstacles the past 4 years pertaining land rights, and permits have been attained over the past 2 years. Unfortunately they have had to fund and continue to production themselves which has created the overall sentiment but their position couldn't be stronger but the success will rely on a fair and balanced value of the asset and not just accept a deal. The ongoing negotiations do seem at an advanced stage, given its 3 weeks till production season id imagine it being ideally in that time frame but id expect dilution to begin with, then pending how quickly the partner can enrol operations the project could pick up pace.

On that basis I see 1p, being a more realistic destination in the coming week than any rise. Anyone can't deny a stock can drop 20% on AIM in a day, i see that coming from a longer delay in credibilie news
