That phase passed a long time ago, the time to build through those means was last year when Drilling, funding and positioning was taking place.

Things will take shape, and hopefully actual onsite developments are ongoing and they are taking it serious. Its looking like a complete build project, licenses, funds, expertise etc. Leverage positions in things like Fulcrum and looking at value positions to bring in external capital alongside.
