Now taking they have confirmed, that all cash warrants are over Monday which will be 500.000.000 we will have around 537 million give or take.

The remaining 250 million Prepaid is left, now o know ive seen at least one 3 million pre paid excersized. But my my count there is under 250 million to go.

Which makes up? You guessed it

783,021,750 shares

SP unknown

The Prepaid Warrants, are not limited to an expiry date. But millions remain unanswered.

With the remaining left, the SP position as it stands and how I see it not a timeframe. Is there a possibility these will not hit the market sooner than expected.

Key aspect is not one warrant owner can enact enough shares to as to be considered a large holder, above a threshold of 3 to 5%.

Now, someone is at 4p avg excersized a 100 million warrants that would qualify in TR1 circumstances negating the Terms of agreement.

But they could always offload them few million at a time.

But to what benefit? Having excersized so much, at prices they likely got more than originally hoped.

It really depends on the mindset of the 4 warrant holders, with shares sold, capital made and how the status quo sits now at lower return on Equity

Im confused why you can't find these things, this is basic. Its fact checking, dont ask me to lead you around because your incapable.

How many are in existence now

I think that was the cash warrants mate, i get what your saying and I was running under that assumption. But it relays to the cash warrants

Pre paid warrants tend to have longer expiry dates. A lot into years, that's why when September date was touted, I thought that's a lot of warrants in a short space of time I knew a battering was coming, and so it has.

But at no point, reading RNS after RNS on the Equity fundraising deal have i seen a September date. Ill look again, but only one was 6 months for the cash warrants

Just a balanced view as always. I've put a lot of relevant information on the company so if you scroll through the echoes of my mind long enough you will find an even share of praises and concerns. The rest is just banter, or calling out some liars. There are quite the few matey.

I will find the relative RNS now, so you can read it. Specifically the Warrant amount in the Equity Fundraise. It will show you the amount, pre paid and cash warrants, and what the final share count should be sat at, with all warrants and options taken.

I feel ive lost you, but best guess is 250 to 300 million pre paid warrants holded by a group of 4 Warrant holders.

What i will say, it those early excersized warrant holders, must have been loving the SP performance after consolidation. At no cost to the company, the punters snapped them at all prices, the 300 million left, can't be dumped into market heavily as to keep within a threshold of share ownership so they will prefer it higher.

It just depends on their needs, each of the warrant holders could have all excersized 70% of their share warrants and hold the 30% for a longer period having made sufficient capital from previous unfathomable heights created by hype, adverts and a huge ton of novices.

I think from today, im gauging an Entry. See how this plays out now till Monday

Only reason im doing it now, looking fully into it is because its not an issue to me and see this still as a building phase, but abfew queries and back and forth here prompted it.

They could still exercise the warrants relentlessly, but it will have to be done within a restricted guideline if accumulated shares reaching a certain threshold.

They could wait 2 years, and bank millions on progress. But considering the SP, it's safe to say they will desist for a period. 300 million shares would work.against the agreement of someone owning a certain percent of company.

In the essence of good sport this is how I see it

"Pursuant to the Equity Fundraise, the Company will issue the Investors with certificates for the Prepaid Warrants and the Cash Warrants which are exercisable at a fixed price of 2p per warrant subject to the terms set out in the 31 January 2025 announcement. The Cash Warrants are exercisable for a period of six months from the date of grant and, if exercised, would bring in up to £10 million in additional gross proceeds to the Company."

All cash warrants have been excersized and complete.

Pre paid warrants, I am now in the belief that they have no time period and are excersized at will. Unless someone shows me a September date, from an official line from company your thoughts are not debatable. That means you LTI.

So let me be clear, there are outstanding warrants left

No expiry date, but its usually 10 years.

Cash warrants was 6 months from the agreement and all have been issued.

That's the state of play.

So if the warrant holders choose to wait for demand, and a much higher price next year. Their free to do so.

I will keep looking, but the RNS is pretty Bomb proof
