What would make a difference? Isn't all investing a Hobby? So its a pretty straight forward answer.

Id say ive invested more than you at this point, time and energy and fair share of research. You have went the financial route, no research just chance. Only one route has lost money, but both equally permissable to contribute.

All depends on why they decided to invest capital into the company in the first place really. You have to see early exploration mining companies as permanently a start up, as shown by how long since IPO there still trying to.buy licences and if, knowing they are looking at the future licenses they see this as a quick return investment or a future revenue source, of a long Term £1 to £3 company than a 8p company. I think ill just research the warrant holders, and the deal itself before thinking a bit more into it. But early investors don't always just forward sell

You also miss out the fact that although the warrants can be executed into the market, it doesn't require the warrant holder an issue to sell those shares. There could be warrant holders happy enough to hold 5% of the shares and hold 4 years. Issuing warrants is one thing, but that's not to say there selling warrants on.

Maybe taking a look at the majority shareholders list be better served and keep tabs on their percentage over time be beneficial. The warrants Monday, may not get sold

I've scrolled 43 pages back, ive never Mentioned Tungsten West here. Last i spoke was 27th June on RR catching it 12.7p and literally selling it at that next day same price. So if your going to look but not talk, before buying at what looks Top spike id have likely said to you I had a stop set, and would return later. Im sorry if it cost you money, but I didn't know. I'd never offer a stock im not supremely confident too, my RR post was in context to a conversation on RR not a recommendation.

Its looking as its a simple acquiring of the 2 branches of Thors company portfolios and the pertaining licenses for more Uranium sites with all historical data etc. For a share amount to the equivalent of 1 million and that may be AU Dollars (Australian). Thats a simple breakdown. We won't own Thor

They have recently done a fundraise through private means, and Metals One put 175k into the pot at warrants of 3p. Leverage. Ill go into that now.

Whats taking Shape here is what their going for (Uranium/Vanadium) but more importantly the 3 companies ij Question: STANDARD MINERALS INC, CISCO and FULCRUM is their more Technology based mining expertise companies that will be required in tje operations. Fulcrum with patented Proprietary Technology i see out warrants as perhaps Leverage to early access (Chat Gpt Agreed) but CISCO looks promising. STANDARD MINERALS, difficult to research to pin it down but one in India ive narrowed it down too. Scooby doo what their about
