All I am saying is we don't know and we all should have answers - so an investigation should take place and maybe the bod should welcome an investigation so as they can clear their names of any potential wrong doing ' cus we just don't know - it could just be very poor leadership decisions 🤔. This won't go into admin as they do t want anyone looking into the business and they know they can sell the assets to buyer / buyers waiting to buy. JV partner for example 🤔😮💩

I don't think avario care about selling their shares now - they have diluted so as to gain the most on asset sale. For example if after paying off SL there is £100m remaining from assets sale - they will receive £95m and maybe all the remaining shareholders split whats left 🤔💩

Brat - bod are legally required to look after interests of ALL shareholders not just the majority holder I think you'll find 🤔😮

It's a con because they ( Anovio, bod) know that it is unlikely that they will be able to off load the new shares ( unless already previously sold) as what mug would want to buy shares in the outfit anymore? ( they may intice further mugs to buy if dangle another carrot - so any potential buyers beware). So they 10:1 dilute at stupid low price and not give pi the equal opportunity to take part in placing _ knowing that when assets come up for sale they will gain 90% of anything £ remaining after SL have been paid. Also benefiting will be BOD as they hold Bond or Bonds?

The course of events that have taken place here could all have been orchestrated plan for some time - we must and hopefully will have full investigation by multiple agencies - to find the truth and if any wrong doing then those responsible be brought to justice. 🤔😮💩

Once diluted I can't see shareholders ever getting much of a return - so I agree - take legal action on these crooks trying to rob us of our hard earned 😯
