If they do go bust and it is an IF atm then I would rather be holding and hopefully receive share of assets as not with selling now anyway.

Also will beholding so as to have voice in any future legal action against bod.

Burrenboy - as I said if they have signed NDA preventing disclosing JV details then they should will just have to revoke on agreement imo as i think we have a right to know - if not then how do we get to the truth 🤔 of which we have a right to know the truth. 😮
