Why do they always have to issue a Warrent with each new share at the same price - ? A Warrent attached at a higher price maybe - but not the same issue price 🤔😮

Personally I will not buy another share here - but will hold what I have as I want to be a holder incase future legal action against whoever 😮🤔

I would say sp rise on Friday was mainly because pi's / traders buying because of upcoming placing at 0.15 which obviously is a very good price / profit from the recent lows ( still rubbish for anyone that's been holding for a while). So all shares bought recently under 0.1 are looking good for a profit.

But with said placing comes massive dilution and so I do expect the sp to drop - only a matter of time imo.

I think the pi is totally snookered here what ever happens now - shareholders have been well and truly rogered imo.

With the bod putting out such a low valuation of the assets then there is no share holder value to be had here.

If shareholders were able to participate in 0.150 placing then what would be the point as I can't see sp rising from that point so who would risk buying at 0.15.

Only chance for shareholders is if placing is abandoned. Short term loan put in place to keep lights on while other reasonable funding put in place. Imo. 🤔😮

Gordon I thought I would wait and see what happens - including see what shareholder group could do if anything - Plus also keep my voting rights just in case hopefully legal action against the bod etc. What my shares were worth yesterday not really care as not with that much.

Gordon Cople is priced at todays mc because it has no future - when placing shares come on the market copl will still have no future just a bit of time to sell assets. So there will be millions more shares but copl won't actually be worth more than it is today - so divide current SP x new amount of shares = I expect sp to drop not rise 😮

The thing is the bod and may be with partners May have been wanting to purchase the assets from Copl at a price of circa 135m when the assets come up for sale? Then after some more adjustments to work overs they manage to increase production significantly and then all of a sudden they have renewed interest from BIG Oils wanted to JV or buy out the new discovery - this then making the initial 135m purchase for the assets look very very cheap indeed. 🤔🙂
