What if JV had offered a good deal - fir example £100m for 50 % of assets ( probably more complex deal but let's keep it simple) Anavio and BOD think hang on that's very nice but we don't want to share with the rest of the shareholders - so decline offer to JV ( temporarily) then dilute shareholders to almost nothing. Now Anivario and certain individuals own most of the shares in Copl - .

Expect another offer anytime now from BIG Oil.

Now based on £300m sale Anivario would receive circa £90m - rest of shareholders £10m between us. Minus company debts.

Obviously all just a thought on my part but if correct then expect larger offer to arrive shortly imo. 😮🤔👌
