Yes I get your point but these are my thoughts that I thought may be worth sharing before the meeting so can be discussed here.

Finwittrader also I have lost a considerable amount ( for me) here but not as much as £500k so these 4 individuals will only pay up to £500 legal request - maybe they could afford to contribute larger amount 🤔. Just saying 😮

Expressions of interest of circa 500 shareholders but how many will actually pay the proposed up to £500 per shareholder legal bill request 🤔. I would think many would, however many of us when it actually comes to payment time may think again and say no as it's risking further funds on this and have lost enough already or may not be able to afford the payment as lost saving to this fraud.

My point being if shareholders drop out then will the up to £500 request likely to be increased 🤔

Will all those shareholders willing to pay be registered before any payment is made, so as then we will know exact numbers of shareholders signing up and cost to each shareholder 🤔😲

So the average loss is £25k - so circa £11m in total 🤔

Hopefully these scum bags will pay up out of court for the above.

But what about the £k's each of us would have made if the company was not destroyed? probably at least x10 per person,

So are we looking at claiming compensation for actual losses + potential future losses 🤔😮

Some may think that BP may be offered first dibs at purchasing the assets in the near future, so they recoup lost monies anyway if that's the case. Hahahaha😮

Obvious questions are

1). % chances of positive outcome for shareholders

2) If winning result then when % chance of actually funds being retrieved from culprits so as to compensate shareholders.

3). When does no win no fee kick on

4) Gurantees no more cash calls after 1st stage or when / if the first £150,000 raised is used.

5) Expected time scales.

These are a few of the questions that I would like put forward.

We all know that we have been robbed and we want our hard earned back at least 😮

I am willing to pay towards legal costs - however before I do I would like to know a) what the % chances of legal success is , b) if successful then what is the chance of actually extracting £m's from the robbers.

As these culprits are very cunning foo. Kers that probably will have most of their assets / money hidden and in family members names 🤔😮.

But I am certainly willing to pay my share if have reasonable / high chance of success.

I guess the law firm involved think we have and are not thinking that we are suckers and here is a nice little earner for them - I don't think that's the case as they are respectable Lawers, so this kinda looks like a no brainer really 😲

I sse RBM post has 73 ticks, I would imagine most private investors in Copl look at this bb and so I would urge all shareholders to tick up RBM post 😮. It would be good to have an idea at how many people here have been conned out of their hard earned - are we talking up to 100 people, hundreds or multiple hundreds of shareholders. 🤔😮
