Yes exactly spaceman - on the zoom mc spoke about getting answers and rightly so - however answers would be great but even if we get the truthful answers what are the chances of actually being able to extract the money out of them 😲

I am paying my fees to mc to firstly and most importantly retrieve the money I have lost and hopefully some compensation, If this process also hurts the reputation of this scrum bags then that's a nice bonus but I am not paying my hard earned just to damage their reputations - I WANT MY MONEY BACK 😮

Yes may be right, but money all that's matters to people like that - they probable con their grannies out of her state pension if they could 🤷‍♂️😮. Hit their bank accounts and they will be crying like babies 🤔🤣🤗

Yes it's not just about the money for me, but that's the only way to hurt these people by making them pay financially as words, reputation won't matter to them, like water off a ducks back to them, so have to hit them financially and or jail time, that's the only way to hurt them imo.

Yes I am going to support 100%, I was inspired by what mc had to say and so imo we have to do this or else that's it we have 100% lost our hard earned to these unscrupulous so and so's

I have done numerous buys and sells in Copl and so I added total £ buys and total £ sells to arrive at total over all & loss + today's thing ( amount of shares) which at £0 value in the losses.

This is what I have done on PRO FORMA also , I guess at some point if compensation is paid out then obviously proof of loss will have to be shown to MC 🤔😮

What happens for those that sold some or all on the way down and only hold a fraction what they had held or even none 🤔😮

Yes I did the old fashion pen and paper way ( how ancient I must be lol). Numerous trades over several years, selling in panic and buying back in hope all the way down to suspension.

Emailed my total losses and current worthless holding to MC a while back, so what do we enter on the form requested - copies of all buy and sell trades or just total loss and amount of shares holding atm 🤔😮.

I guess if we get competition proof of losses will be required before payments received. 😮🤔

I guess technically any holding in Copl now is a total loss as can't sell as not trading - so total loss imo🤔😮

I guess it's total losses, so if made a profit in between losses then deduct that profit from losses ( reduce losses) that's my opinion anyway. 🤔😮

I would imagine that proof of loss would be needed at some point and so at some point would have to present sharedeals ( bought / sold / holding at present time.

Is that point in time now, 🤔. Or do we for now just state total loss to date and present holdings if holding now. 🤔

But you can't go by what ones holding is at suspension as lots of people sold and bought back on the way down - maybe multiple times. 🤔
