Like someone said in a previous post - many shareholders probably sold all or most shares at a loss and now only hold some or nil shares, how would any deal ( unlikely anyway imo) summit come up with help these shareholders.

Well summit will get there money back whatever happens, but they want there money back and make £m's on top at our ( shareholders) expense, at least BP are trying to put a stop to this, this is good for our litigation case imo 😮

If you were a suspicious person you might think these judges are taking payments under the table, hahahaha😮

We want answers but more than that I want my money back.

Is this BP angle a positive or a negative regarding helping us get our money back - I can't work it out to be honest 🤔😮

I'm the opposite, I want to read as much as possible and kept in the loop as much as possible, what ever amount Mr Cotter shares or not shares as he wants.

Also the discussion was to talk about the tax implications, not for some unknown person who may or may not know about litigation law advising that we would be lucky to get x pence on £ back at the end. 😮. I did not ask for that discussion 😮

I guess and it's only a guess that we will be compensated according to our actual losses, therefore no tax.

If we also win compensation for future loss of profits and or stress caused then that may be a different matter. If shares held in isa I would say no. Interesting points for discussion 😮

I have not listed all dates of trades only the first one and total £loss - I could prove if need be at a later date 😮

Well I have just stated date if first buy, multiple buy and sell trades, total amount of buy value and total sell value. Resulting in total loss of X£'s. And also stated how many shares holding now ( nil £ value included in total £loss)

Don't know if this is right but that is what I have done.
