Evidence to bring such a claim - or frr would not waste their time and resources imo - I hope frr go all the way and collect the full amount - and not just take settlement imo

Would of thought with mou in place with one service major and supposedly an other major in talks/looking there should be alot more interest here ? Maybe most of the bigboys / market just does not believe it ? Something certainly not adding up here imo .

Unfortunately its fact - so posties are over worked (most of them anyway ) not volume wise as far as letters are concerned but the fact time v distance - declining letter volume = non variable side to the business. So you have t implement sound basic business practice - ie cut the delivery days down from six to eventually say three (especially to domestic households ) its totally not a requirement to deliver 6 days per week - obviously this would require regulatory approval - but it will happen eventually , it is inevitable imo

so if you had 2 share accounts or transfer to spouse/ family member would it matter if you transferred at say 0.5p 0r 0.7p 0r 0.2p etc - the price would be irrelevant to you Shirley - in fact probable better to transfer at a low price for tax reasons --- this is what could be occurring here imo
