Yes zib I get that and totally out of order - but the fact that zz withheld loan repayment enabled Outrider to be able to trigger early settlement of their loan imo thats my point

Zz has not made a school boy error in defaulting payment to YA and thus triggering/enabling OR to foreclose on debt owed to them - could this have been very reckless of zz to put the company in this situation ? Would it not have been better to keep up payments with YA and sort any issues out after ? Obviously zz must be confident but is some what risky maybe imo
