I hope we win this one as I have a lot invested - but if ask yourself if you lent a company $20m and a condition of lending was that you would have seniority on loan and the company agreed - then how would you like it if the company wanted to take out other loans and make said loans more senior than the loan you gave them ? I guess you would not allow it , I know I wouldn't

I believe zz his honest and will sort this - just cant see that this has been all instigated to do the shareholders - really cant see it

Frr has the license - is the asset not the blocks but FRR ? If thats the case then the ownership of the licence will not change as will still be owned by FRR but the ownership of FRR will change ie will not be owned by us shareholders but owned by Outrider

I think the point is that hope/outrider do not want the 20m they want the asset - and they (o/r) think that because frr have triggered the default then they (o/r) have legal right to claim the asset. Thats how I am reading the situation
