I agree with burning of the shorts - but if the sp crashed its up to you if sell or not and also could have bought more very cheap - actual sp no matter unless sell as when any good news comes would of rise very sharply maybe burning even more shorts - imo

Fair comment - ,but I would suggest selling will not be easy and at what value ,?? But my point was more the fact that if we delist then more than likely its because have lost court case and in which case asset more than likely gone and therefore shares are worthless
