I am most concerned with the situation that frr could delist if no nomad is engaged before the time permitted is elapsed - this is not beneficial to us shareholders and so to that end I am sure zz is working tirelessly to make sure that does not occur Imo

I would rather we get nomad asap as really do not want delist - one reason being shares will come out of isa if delist - really not good as will take years to get them back in isa or if sell then will have to pay that horrible tax man 40% ( assuming sp rise and not crash ) so I say get nomad before delist but stay suspended for a while until have won court case and have good news coming out of suspension. Imo

Totally agree free - shirley they would of had to give their reasons for resigning and of course we should have been told of said reasons - unless said reasons may influence court case and so they dont want in public domain
