Very happy frr has resolved issues with ya - I really didnot want to see expensive court cases ect - so well done frr - also I expect majors advised to come to an agreement quick as they want to sign a deal but not until issues are resolved - so really good news imo

Ya caught naked shorting Frr stop monthly payments Ya call in full amount of loan as they say frr have defaulted Outrider call in $30m bond on technicality that frr have not kept up payments to Ya and are in default. So would as a matter of law would the reasons for default paying ya be a consideration or not matter the reason and just that it is a fact ??? So is this the situation ? Or have thought it out wrong ?

Well that is exactly my point roders - the Majors are happy with whats there and so are now in commercial discussions - tremendous news imo

Now thats the bit of the RNS that I liked , very intriguing I think - now does that mean the Super Majors are happy with the data that is available to date and are now actually discussing the finer details for a commercial deal with FRR ? This is what spings to mind for me - if so I dont think it will be very long before a deal is done if thats the case.
