RE: Integrity when posting18 Jun 2025 15:01
this is what i posted the day of the opti placing , i also pointed out a day or so later, the american investor may not have sold short, i have been 100 % proved correct.
since then opti shares have lost a good 50%
my main case has been if you do not trust the directors in any company, sell up and move on.

at times like these, for some odd reason, i get a real buzz at reading the posts here from every man and his dog .
they are all one sided, venting anger, on this thread , all towards soh.
do these posters ever look in the mirror , for it was they, who purchased the shares. no one made them buy.
not only that, but issues they have had with soh, have gone on for the best part of five full years.
****yes : 5 years***
a child of 4 would take things on board , sell, and move on.
but not this bunch
i personally could not think of anything worse,( or more stupid ), than holding a share in a company whose directors, i had zero faith in.
this week your self appointed leader tw, lifted the bar , in an attempt to force change.
the strategy is so half ****ed it’s off the scale.
get rid of two directors to save £60,000 , appoint new ones, on chinese labour rates , (and the promise of some option candy.)
enforce some more cost savings by dumping amazon sales by opti.
the game plan
give the two directors the job of keeping soh in line, but for gods sake do not **** him off , cos if you do, the only hope for deal making, is down the pan. !!!
and so is opti.
rules of the game
don’t take into account the health of soh
don’t take into account of any repercussions
don’t worry about threats if soh fails to respond.
don’t worry about the reputation of opti at a pivotal period.
don’t worry that the shareholder base might be split, with institutions very wary for obvious reasons.
don’t worry about costs and management time.
