The NDA is designed to protect Croda and its profits, and in doing so is 100% to the benefit of SBTX .

The usual detractors with zero patience and zero understanding of how deals with multi-nationals work. Croda asked SBTX to sign and NDA to facilitate a clean launch with no leaks to competitors. I don’t believe he had any choice to not sign. Let him do his job and quit with the none stop hounding and whining. If he had news he would release it, that’s the law. Croda control the sales and we all knew that. I would like to know what’s going on with AxisBiotix next.

The cosmetic industry is going Bio at a rapid pace.

If you care to look at the accounts, Croda is pushing new and protected products and leading the way in sustainably

However, the best test , is to please put yourself, in the Croda clients position

Will you still be buying Matrixyl .? ( When all around you , have moved on.)

Without Croda SBTX are of the view on a pro rata basis they would have made £400,000 in the year ending on the 30th of this month.

They just might do that, even though revenue is a million short, (if Croda sales have filled the gap.)

My best guess is either side of B/E for that period .

Now for the year starting next month.

Zero number of consumers know of Zenakine
