Hi StayLong , I do agree with you that it's a great company with a dream management team and an amazing product which will do extremely well I'm sure . The amount of investment needed to get a production line going is huge/massive . Far , far greater than £4 million of soon to be expiring warrants . Unless the company receives a big amount of funding from the MOD (which they could do ! ) then you need to be concerned about dilution. It's not about day trading it's about avoiding dilution which can happen on a quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis . Or any other time in between. It's all about being agile and seeing the clues !

Buying after the dilution (having sold before the dilution) increases the number of shares you hold in the company . Eventually, after a few years , it could pay dividends ! Don't get drive-shafted !!!

P.p.s. if you do sell you can always buy after the dilution at a much cheaper price . So you won't be out of it for too long . Just hold your cash for a bit until the market has settled down.

The next RNS should confirm that the well is commercial then this 10% dilution will be quickly forgotten .

There should be and RNS in the next few days stating that the results are commercial subject to independent verification. Then the 10% dilution will be forgotten.

Plus the possibility of grants and funding from the Tanzanian goverment . Don't think any placing will be large if there is one . It will be just to keep the company going whilst they negotiate deals , JVs , offtake agreements .

From yesterday's RNS ...

"When performing the Basement DST, high concentrations of helium began to flow to surface following reverse circulation and yielded a compositional mix up to 4.7% helium, 1.5% argon, 8% oxygen and 86% nitrogen. These results were evaluated using an onsite Mass Spectrometer and verified from downhole samples by a field PVT laboratory at the well site. A measured helium concentration of 4.7% equates to almost nine thousand times above background levels (5.3ppm)."

Hydrogen and Nitrogen used to make ammonia..the ammonia plant gets to keep the Nitrogen and hydrogen in exchange for separating the helium and other gases . Quick monetisation perhaps ?

No need to build a processing plant then . Any ideas 💡 ? There is a huge nitrogen element which is used to make ammonia . Could be shipped to an ammonia plant and processed there perhaps ?
