RE: FINAL ITERATION - PART 19 Apr 2019 07:04
Morning all.
Blimey rxd very best of luck for yiyr grand daughter matey way way more important than this crap.
May I suggest a couple of things though?
1 We should try and tone down the "hyperbole" as whilst I realise there is a lot of anger on here it is better to channel all that energy positively than in a more negative way?
2 Some of the messages have been written somewhat colloquially which imho does not matter at this stage as I can determine easily what they are asking however post agm there may well be a gap to be filled by a "one message" SHAG?
3 Lastly as I pointed out before, when stating i felt the rre offer was fair and we should respect this and look at it seriously we have imho a couple of examples of "dubious management responses" of companies in "trouble or under performing". Take a look at PCI or OPHR as lessons learnt for mgt imho "in above their heads" or more importantly not having "much skin in the game" making perhaps sub optimal decisions for share holders that didn't promote their best interests. Is the current situation at IOG similar?
4. LASTLY AND IMHO we simply we need to understand the economic rationale behind what prompted this heavily diluted issue. If they cannot provide that with certainty then WE NEED TO VOTE THIS DOWN NOW WHJCH COUKD PROMPT RRE BACK WITH A SLIGHTLY MORE GENEROUS OFFER AND MAYBE OTHERS AS WELL?!
All above imho, dyor and very best of luck all and let's remember we all essentially want the same thing, which is the Best share price for us owners of the company so whilst a little disjointed at the moment, we can all still vote against this dilution then 're group later as one unified BIG NOISE!!
