Peking I don't know if u are aware but there are some real experts on here. One such I have nicknamed Emperor. He seems to have close company contacts. Unfortunately I have him filtered but may I suggest you ask him directly as previously he was staying that this was all being worked on, everything was "hunky dory" (with production resumption expected imminently ) and he was very confident of this information. I believe one of his other expert consultants C Perkin was still very confident of all this being done for $250k budget as well. So there u go everything absolutely fine. Fast ted no I dont 're jv partners but this is business and they'd better have multiple offerers because if the bid from RRE drops u can be sure the jv partner will suddenly slow down and maybe even change terms if they are sole company negotiating. I'd take a long hard look at echo share price and other FM work if I were you. As ever all imho and dyor. Both rre and iog holder.

Wraith fair enough buddy but to be clear. If we do not hear from the farm ins until this result, this will personally concern me massively because I think it implies quite a different understanding from EOG mgt and the farminee. Ie that whilst they (probably) did not know whether the farminee was waiting for these results to sign on agreements I would imagine they did not expect that to be the case which would imply their communications are not as good as we have been led to believe. Equally if it were dry and they were waiting for these results I would infer they would be potentially less likely to sign? It may not stop them from signing of course but ordinarily if waiting result was so important it would surely prompt further questions for them unless they had a counter intuitive theory on this result. Ie no oil there so more likely to be where we are? This counter theory is unlikely I'd have thought. Again previous comments I've heard attributed to Hugh regarding this well ('re broken glass etc) aren't necessarily my experience of good geological chances. Ie if the geology really was that compelling waiting for a well result diesn't make that much sense to me? Hence if there is a positive result yes companies may 're look but essentially they've probably already made their decisions imho. Very good luck with your pvr assets. As I've posted on here previously I believe they are superior to EOGs but I didn't want to purely invest in an Irish frontier play when I bought my EOG shares (more diversified then) and had I known the path Hugh was taking us on I'd have definitely bought PVR instead! I'm a very simple man. A jv offer is nothing until signed and money in bank etc. I am surprised if they have received a jv offer that they haven't rns'd that much detail. Therefore I hooe the administrators are very certain Sometimes what is in bond holders interests may not get reflected in the same share price reaction of course but hopefully this will not be the case and we all win! Citizen good point and let's see this from mgt presentation or reply. Fur Christ's sake they have been talking about imminent deals and wells for months now. Get their act together or move over for someone who can.

Rxdav I asked a simple question. What is bullying with regard to this behaviour? The "mgt" got us here. The administrators have a duty to their bond holders to get their cash back. Any thoughts to the people who bought these bonds? Again I repeat what is bullying or at all wrong with the RRE behaviour?

Smut I hold both iog and rre but at the end of the day buddy this is business. I don't see anything at all wrong with their behaviour or see it at all as "bullying". Can you explain why it is bullying?

No it doesn't. I am just commenting on what a "supposed expert" on aex was posting based on hunches and crap and what a imho more "real expert" was posting based on facts. After such an extended time and the "jury being out" on the "argument" which both dedicated an awful lot of time, energy and opinion on, I just wondered if one had the humility to apologise and say they were wrong (except of course they never are) so a bit if a conundrum there methinks? Good morning all. I saw a one sided argument quite a bit of time ago after farm out "company meeting" between Emperor and CP. From my one sided view it appeared Emperor was (damned) certain of progress on kn1 and CP was disputing this interpretation and didn't think so. CP's vjew was something I've always supported and had a little chuckle about (especially after certain CEO earlier "comments" on this subject) Was just wondering if each still held their respective opinions and one of them felt a bit (very) silly now? Yes good rns (auto corrected to end so maybe prophetic??!!) from RRE and answers the question someone was asking earlier about "why not offer for the debt"? Also to follow the "friends" analogy. If one borrows from a friend who unlawfully procured money and you were aware of this then yes you are also vicariously liable.
